Have a friend coming up from St. Louis to attend the Cincinnati Comic & Anime Con this weekend. We're such big geeks. biggrin

This weekend, Voodoo Fest in New Orleans. My buddy Sean and I are going to see Kiss dressed as the Mario Bros. on Halloween in one of the most awesome cities in the world!

It's going to be legendary.

Edit: Shitfuck! Sean just told me his grandmother died and he has to fly down to Tennessee for the funeral, effectively killing the trip we've already...

Wow, when they said free heat, they meant it. My apartment is currently a cozy 80 degrees. Compare this to my old place where I could barely keep it above 60 and I still got a monthly $600 bill. Looks like I won't need trash cans full of burning paper this year...

I love fall, but the weather is sure taking its sweet time getting cold. When the temperature drops and rises 20-30 degrees within a 24-hour period, I can't help but get sick. puke

Sorry it didn't work out. You know, I heard there are two types of cicadas: the more commonly known 17 year ones and some lesser known 13 year ones. Maybe you can find where the 13 year ones are and film them...
