While contemplating a response to a message this morning I came to a realization. Since my surgery I have struggled to express how it has affected me. The best I have been able to come up with is "My brain does not work the same" which doesn't get across what I am trying to say. However this morning I figured out an analogy. Have you...

i am glad that you are still recovering. don't think of it as you lost something. you will be healing for sometime. new path ways are being made and some changes to the brain will be in order. keeping an active healthy workout will improve your recovery. what will be the new gifts of your brain is an unknown for how. some persons have a reaction to being put under anesthesia. talk to your doctor about that your feeling right now. he or she might be able to give you the answers or insight to your questions. have you though of a second career that you might want to try.

A friend at work agreed to write me a workout plan to get me back in shape. He is very physically fit guy who is very knowledgeable about fitness. I was super excited and grateful for his help because people pay good money for the stuff he's helping me with.

I started the 6 week plan yesterday. The first day was hard but I pushed...

Your body needs to adjust. Go easy on yourself...you're still moving and sweating!

Starting is the hardest part! Keep at it, even if it sucks (and it will) at times. Just remember how good you feel afterwards!

I am absolutely exhausted. I have been running hard all week. First one in, last one out of the office. Then after a 11-12 hour work day I go to a 2 hour soccer camp for my son. I hope you get to feeling better

While talking to my ex-husband yesterday afternoon the idea of moving to Colorado came up. I told him if he wanted to go I'd happily follow (we have a son together). I didn't think he was serious but then when I saw him later that night he had looked into the housing market.

This idea is so exciting to me. I need a new environment...

Well don't judge then based on your sample then.  Crawfish should only be boiled live and in season and only from Louisiana.  Most grocery stores would have the Chinese version and they are bland at best and nasty at worst.  Me and @fresa are kinda passionate about crawfish 😊

@chefbeth ohhh lord crawfish!!!! Def out of season though. You should catch them yourself and boil em up! :]
