But I will gush about how much fucking kick-assitude the Rat City Rollergirls exude. Just got back from tonight's season opening bout and had, an awesome time. Re-Animate Her rocks. My friend iRockit is bad-ass. I love the sheer beauty of finesse vs. force. Speed and strategy. And rough&tumble shenanigans. And so many lovely ladies with brilliant and gorgeous tattoos. Kinda like Suicide Girls on wheels. If you've never seen this sport before; go. If you have; go again. If there isn't a league near you; start one up. Grrl Power is totally fucken sexy!
And as a resident metal-head; get out and support your local scene. Catch the club shows and buy the band's merch and cds. If for nothing else, so they have beer and weed money to get them to the next gig. Great stuff on the 2012 circuit:
