Why have i been locked out because of a billing error and even gotten a good bye e-mail from @missy ? I have been locked out 3 times in less than two weeks now and it is getting annoying.
@missy @rambo whom do I contact to contact to keep this from happening?

Hey there! I'm sorry because it has been super frustrating for everyone involved (believe me!). Our payment processor seems to have finally fixed the error but thank you for bearing with us while I tried to fix all of the accounts effected! :)
