It's time to start hitting the gym again hard. I really need to up my game some. I've been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks, and it's starting to get a bit frustrating. Anyone have any tips on what I can do to jolt myself out of this? I'm never going to get my jockey's license at 132lbs. That's just not possible.
I need to quit drinking this damn Rockstar. Let's start there. Caffeine is great, and I love it to death, but I've never seen a beverage with so many calories! (Aside from Starbucks.)
