The whole thing about handing out random parenting advice to complete strangers is something I have never really understood. Britain seems to be really bad for that for some reason, but then the country has an odd attitude to children in public in general. The three hour journey to London when my eldest was a 'lively' toddler was probably the low point of our parenting experience. Got a lot of advice from strangers that day!

@JEZZIED: I've lived in London for about 6 months (I didn't have kid then) so I haven't noticed such things. But, deffinetly I just can't understand the one's need to put upon their opinion about what you do with your own kid. Even irrational when advice come of a total stranger.
