Alright, so now that we have the Wii setup again, finally bought some batteries for the Wii Fit board. planning on doing at least building up 30min a day of muscle and balance workouts a day.
so before i started, i rechecked my weight and such. For those on Snapchat you have seen already but for those who don't. Since i got back to Australia mid Dec, I have lost 10kgs. I'm pretty proud of that. Mix of not eating properly and the diet before moving house, I've started to lose it. grin emoticon
i will be happy to lose a further 10-15 kgs as well as toning up. one of the biggest issues for me atm is no toning.
I NEED TO DO THIS FOR ME AND NO ONE ELSE!
