Well. News...

The Oilers lost in game 7. Sigh. I was really hoping.

I got stood up last night and cancelled on tonight. Sigh.

I love google. I love it. I've been trying to get a hold of someone I went to university with for almost as long as it's been since I was in university. I found her last night. I emailed her and...

Wow, I don't like this new layout. It's hard to navigate and lets out this squeal on my speakers. Yikes.

Well, I don't like working nights. I didn't think I would. Guess what I get to look forward to next week? Jackhammering. They're doing construction on my stack of balconies. During the time when I'm meant to be sleeping. I would just switch to sleeping in the evening if I could, but I have three more gigs this week and there are two Oilers games...

I'm lonley.

Why is it that being lonley is seen as weak or desperate? Not by all I'm sure, but by enough that it seriously cuts into your chances of finding someone you think is really cool.

Anyway, no luck in that department.

I have found a job though. It pays well, it's two blocks from my house, It sounds like a good company...

But...

thank you for the comment on my set.

how is the night shift treating you? i've enjoyed dating two guys who worked the night shift. though it was sometimes rough, there's something nice about having breakfast dates and afternoon naps.

It's just all so frustrating and confusing.

Relationships?
papaspank:
you should have. it would have been fun. unless it wasn't me. then it would just be uncomfortable. Probably was me. I was out and about at that time. Either going to or coming from a second hand comic shop. Cheap entertainment for the boy who does not feel like looking for work just yet. I feel I've done my time of multiple jobs or job and school or multiple jobs and school. This week is the week of rest. next week is the week of looking. Hope things start looking up in your neighbourhood.

Hmm. I got glasses.

I'm officially unemployed.

The Oilers are in the playoffs.

I'm in SG-Canada West now. smile

Yesterday was an absolute rollercoaster. It just makes me go numb.

I'm going for a slurpee.

thanks for the smart brainwaves, my exam went better than I thought it would. My advice, only tell her if shes single and sending you "i like you" vibes... once you get into the 'friend' position with a girl its often hard to get out.

have a happy day! kiss

Go to Wikipedia and look up your birth day (excluding the year). List three neat facts, two births and one death in your journal, including the year.

Well, what's going on today? Funny how that changes on a daily basis, eh?

So, today I figured out that I've let myself fall for someone. Despite my best efforts not to until something was there, I've done it.

It could go either way. We're good friends, but she may not be ready. She's still recovering from her last relationship.

I'm so torn, and now...

To good to be true indeed. Meh. It was to be expected.

The puppy man likes the walks again now that it's not cold. I like the cold. He doesn't.

Still no job. It really worries me.

Sigh. I am really worrying about the job situation. So far- no good. Everyone keeps telling me there are plenty of jobs out there, but I want the one I already have. I've never been good at finding a job. I don't know why. I try to do everything they tell me to do.

Ever have something so ridiculously good happen to you that you...

There are plenty of jobs out there. But the sad part is very very few of them are good jobs that someone would be proud to have. I'm on the cusp of having one, but I have to go through a dry spell with my fingers crossed for a while. So I feel for you.
danaide:
What's the job? Is it really that good that you want it or could it be that it's stable and confortable? Finding a new job is so stressfull, I can understand wanting to avoid it. Can you try this one out for a while?
