Well I think the groups are quite good for meeting people with similar interests to you. Use the search to find girls you already know, and use the profiles/photos tabs to have a scroll through and find some other girls you might want to follow. Not sure why you're having issues with uploading photos :/ The best of SG page is always good for a scroll, there's always good things to explore on there.
