I think it's safe to say, we all have a long laundry list of guilty pleasures.
It's hard to pick my biggest guilty pleasure, but I typically feel the most GUILTY over gluttonous eating! My top guilty pleasure has to be somewhere along the line of gorging myself on gluten free coconut muffins, or eating an entire tub of movie theater popcorn, not the kind in a box you put in your microwave, but the kind you can only get from a movie theater. (And a forced to pay $6.50 for a small) :(
I LOVE ME some popcorn, to a silly degree. I would probably eat popcorn for every single meal if I could, but it has way too many carbs for that to even be an option.
I also love fitness to an insane degree, and some people would even accuse me of coveting the act of working out. So that counts as a guilty pleasure. I walk my best friend Rascal, do insanity, blogilates, and yoga every day, and that doesn't include days when I make it to 24 Hr Fitness. I fit the gym in almost four days a week.
I love to binge on my television shows, I think that in and of itself is a guilty pleasure. I'll get into a show (typically once there's multiple seasons) and I'll try and cram the entire series into one day.
I could watch the walking dead, all day every day (while eating movie theater popcorn) :P
Lastly, I'm not sure if it counts as a guilty pleasure, but it certainly is a dirty pleasure, I love having my toes sucked on, while being unceremoniously banged.
(Just mentioning it makes me want some popcorn).... I think I'm going to make some popcorn.
