So, I'm considering going on a diet. I promised myself I'd give up fast food, which honestly is not a big accomplishment for me. I rarely feel the need to go through a drive through. It's sweets that are getting me at this point. I know full well giving them up entirely isn't going to happen, but I've got to do something, and regiments have always helped me regain control in the past. What ever diet I build, I want it to be super simple, delicious, and nutritious. I'm even okay, with the same thing every day for weeks at a time. I think I have some menu building to do.
On top of that, I really should start doing yoga every day again.
I know how to be healthy. I just haven't been, in a long time. I really have no excuse. I've just stopped paying attention. :/
Also, I think after valentines day, when the price of strawberries goes back to normal, I'll buy a bunch, and make fresh juiced strawberry lemonaid, with a little bit of ginger in it, and mix it with my Vanilla protein powder. Hmmm Sounds delicious.
