A new year, a new camera, a new softbox and who knows what else 08 will bring. I haven't been on in a while and you can blame life, laziness, peanut butter sandwiches, whatever you want. I spent some great times in SF being with my close friend and re-calibrating my brain a bit. Its good to be back and hope to make it a good year.

D300 - yeah upgraded from D70...Amazing difference. Love the camera. Its weird, the first thing I noticed was the shutter release sounds different. I know most people will brag about many other things, but to me the button and shutter had a different feel. Hmm but its a sweet camera fo show.

Did a shoot last night. Trying to get myself out more to do more shooting. I have people coming to me now more asking to work with me, which is cool as hell, but at the same time they always are like "ok i love your dark look...can you work with me? I have no ideas, I just like your work...."...fuck no pressure. You are only as good as your last project right? Or is that only applicable to directors?
