So as I was hopping around the site the other day and while I was looking back through some of the old hopeful sets it occurred to me that a fair amount of these older sets are reasonably close to turning pink and becoming SG's, some sets within just a few dozen votes of turning pink. And while I was thinking about this I stumbled...

The biker kept the throttle running hard and the bike sped off down Main Street away from the hardware store and the retreating trucks that Eric watched over his shoulder. The press of putrid yellow and gangrenous grey sacks of flesh and bone pursuing the bike was undeterred. Some of the more intact zombies were looping and jogging in a jangled jerking fashion towards Eric...

“Please don’t, please don’t kill me. I’m fine really I can make it I’ll be okay,” the whimpered pleas for mercy were muffled by the heavy wood shelving between Eric and the small group of men huddled on the other side. Devin was spewing his words in panicked gasps between the staccato sharp intake of breath. His system was going into shock and Devin had...

Spread around the table were just as many people that Eric was just as confident would be on Sanchez’s...

Maybe it’s the fact that the New Year is approaching or maybe it’s the fact that I’m neck deep in a six pack but I’m in quite a mood to write and to be personal about it. After a little over four solid months of posting a weekly chapter in a zombie novel I’ve been working on...

Blood pounded in Eric’s ears like a war drum as the still of the truck cab was broken with the ragged gulps of air flooding in and out of terrified lungs as the truck tore down the dirt road. The truck fled down from the house like a scolded dog, fear rolling off it in waves. The wheel shuddered just a few millimeters from left...

Eric looked down at the large hunk of meat consuming the majority of the perfect white plate in front of him. It looked like good china, did they break it out tonight for this special occasion? How much better did they think that their situation was going to be once He and Travis led them back to the farmhouse? Things must have been particularly grueling...

Eric drove the truck keeping Brian and his four-wheeler within thirty feet of the truck’s grill at all times. They drove at a comfortable twenty-five miles per hour. Safety had become a lot more important a consideration versus speed in the last few days. They had been driving for ten minutes or so already and despite their near straight line westward they couldn’t manage to...
