sorry i forgot to say anything for a few days, ran another 3 miles in 55 lb vest took about 30 minutes, jumpped rope for 3 min in vest not easy then 30 mins of M.S.E think i'm getting i'm getting stroungerand faster still around 220 been there for like 3 week now, man in hate being a fat kid, oh and the ex wifes boyfriend (father of one of her kids) just got one of his other girlfriends prego and she found out, called me crying about it and part of me was like well now you know what you put me through but i could not say it, i know i know she had it comming after all the people she sleped with when we were marred bu t i still feel bad for her its a shity thing to have happen to you, but when she started the whole can we be together again I flat out said no i can never trust you again after what you did and that started another 30 mins of crying about i love you and never ment to hurt you shit its like WFT over
