I think there needs to be a private chat section through the site in addition to the group chat.

Too much work to co-ordinate, I suspect. And besides, this way everybody gets to eavesdrop and snoop.

Not a problem- I used to have class late Tuesday nights, when we had bowling at Leilani Lanes. Catch up with us when you can- look forward to meeting you.
