Shotgun Messiah usually (particularly Violent New Breed). Oftentimes just Tim Skold's solo stuff too. Other times Type O Negative (I still strive to reach some of Peter Steele's basic workout stats as milestones for myself). Lastly, Confessions of a Knife by My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult is a magnificent album to sweat to!
