I just think that it doesn't qualify as "cute" perse.

Nothing against fat ladies either, I just think that the veiwer could read into it way beyond cute.

I looked at it more as a compliment actually. I hope you didn't take it the wrong way. They are awsome figure studies, your color use is amazing, and the posture is totally accurate. All of htose things alone transcend cute in my book...
