- "Nobody has a clue and they just wait for someone to tell them something".
- "Everybody hurts everybody... but everybody is innocent, too, because they do not have a clue".
- "Everybody is guilty or victim, at different times. They all just meet, most of the times, at the wrong time".
- "Everybody needs someone but nobody wants someone who needs someone".
- "Everybody has a profound, interesting, secret inner life but everybody thinks that everybody else doesn't".
- "Everybody does unto others what they hate when it's done unto them".
- "Everybody accuses everybody of what they themselves actually are".
- "Everybody runs away from everybody, when they see themselves in them, like in a painfully sincere mirror".
- "Everybody tries to find themselves in everybody anyway, even though they can't take what they find".
- "Everybody could love anybody for a lifetime, if they only would love themselves".
I just woke up and wrote these ten lines.
I am still not entirely out of what I was dreaming,
which I don't even remember.
Ten lines to live by, to understand people better,
to go through the day without making too many mistakes this time,
if that's humanly possible.
Live your life accepting that you will make many mistakes
but cut some slack to all the people around you:
they are not responsible for your own shortcomings,
they do not necessarily exist to take on their heads all your emotional luggage.
Be smarter and people should thank you for this,
if I am not wrong...
