so decided, since the kiddies are gone, why not take advantage of a small work out room by my apartment. in one of the new buildings here. elliptical, treadmill, and bike. plus a few (3) machines for lifting weights.
time to get in shape. evidence has shown girls aren't attracted to me being a nice guy. so try to see if something else works!
