thanks everyone for the congrats on my last blog....I think the next few days will be spent going through and writing a thank you on each person's blog. it was quite interesting to have someone I have never had contact with (Ragdoll) comment....but I'm not complaining!


outside of that, not too much else to say. the one thing that bites is that the trip is about 80 miles one-way. can i write this off on my taxes? also, I am trying to find information about how subs are paid...do I have to wait 2 weeks? do I get paid the week of? anyone have a clue?

PS-this also means that, well, basically, I won't be in chat until I'm done. maybe on days off. but don't necessarily count on it! I'll be too damn busy! seriously, my schedule will be:

Sunday: get home from work, sleep, do laundry?
Monday: up at 4:00 AM (or so), leave by 5:30, get out no earlier than 3:15 PM.
Tuesday: the same
Wednesday: the same
Thursday: the same
Friday: pretty much the same. then sleep by 6 PM or so and then up around 10 PM to work overnight.
Saturday: home, eat, relax or whatever, sleep, then up to work the overnights.


yeah, that is one part that will royally suck!
