well, that last blog post was kind of discombobulated, but then again, given the amount of sleep (or lack there of) I had when I wrote it, I'm not surprised.
but still...damn, a girl coming in with her nipples poking through her shirt and the aureoles visible (partially) through her shirt...not a bad thing to see at work.
so another job posting. one posted on Sunday (and turn-around time of one week), and now another one. in Attica. which is not posted on the Attica website. this one could be interesting....the town is built around the prison. and people say that the children there either have parents that work at the prison or parents that are in the prison. yeah, definitely could be interesting.
so what else? we've had some wicked weather the past few days. its pretty cool when you can look out and see lightning lighting up the clouds in patches. not the entire sky, but patches. and driving home, seeing a full rainbow. yes, all 180 degrees of a rainbow. and pretty solid, too. >sigh< if I only had a camera.
so what else? only a few hours of sleep last night. then again, since I slept a good portion of the day too, I'm not surprised. so what did I do? pulled my computer out, blew out the case, vacuumed up all the dust in the area, and tried to organize the cables and wires so things aren't a jumbled mess anymore. so far, so good. even put a hook on the bottom part of my desk where I can hang some of my extra cables. just to keep things looking a little better.
yeah, that's about it. talked with an ex-classmate of mine. he let me know that if I apply to St. Joesph's Villa (where I might be able to work as a social worker, working with 8 kids and making maybe $30,000 a year) to put him down as a reference. he also has run into some other classmates....I'm not the only one struggling to find a job. in fact, only 2 so far have found one:
1. one took a job in Colorado as a Division I swim coach.
2. the other one got a job where she interned. considering that, as an intern, she transported students who were suicidal to the hospital...yeah she did a lot. and her internship site wanted to pay her. Roberts said she could not be paid. then again, Roberts, told me that, even though I graduated, to be signed off on, I needed to complete internship hours after I got my diploma.....yeah, that was solved.

so, given this girl's situation, of attending a graduate school that offers no financial aid outside of loans and working at an internship willing to pay you....would you take the paycheck? or complete the internship without pay? what would you do? what would you do?
I know what I would have considered...

My land borders National Forest on 2 sides. There is plenty of wood, its the time it takes to cut it.
