so people have asked me how the interview went...so here goes:

the drive...about an hour to get there! seriously, I'm driving and driving and going "Where the f*ck is this place?"

I arrive (early). some time to relax. nice secretary.

I interviewed with the Principal (in a polo) and the new Director of the Counseling Office. nice people. hopefully I answered the way they like to hear things.

my questions for them....."What is it you are looking for in a counselor?" (to each individually).

and "I've seen the strengths, what area or areas of concern do you see?"

so now is waiting, next week is their time line for deciding. now I have to write a few thank-you notes and prepare for tomorrow's interview....overall, about a 20 minute interview!
