that def is a rad glass, ill have to look into it. yah here they arent even doing that, most rn out of school are forced to work in a nursing home or somewhere crappy first unless you have connections and are requiring people to get bachelors in less then 3 years from hire date. BTW, where are you located- you can private message me so your not putting it out here lol
