No exercising today. Soooo much work. Teaching till lunch time, then off to the London Boat Show to meet people and network and eurgh. SO tired.
Met two Members of Parliament. Some gentle political banter was exchanged. Received an award. Checked out some Yachts that some friends in the glassing business made. Took a tour of some yachts worth tens, maybe even hundreds of...

Today could not have started any worse really... Typical politics that come with working for a poxy charity. Bloody committee's and such. It got much better though.
So yeah, exercise. My official weight at the start of this workout thing is 16 stone and 2 lbs. Keeping in mind that I am 6 foot 5 and quite wide, I'm officially overweight.. Yeah, tell me...
