you'll be okay. It may be a rough week, like you say, but it might not. Just be strong, and breathe, and take it one minute at a time. The wellbutrin might *help* coming off the effexor, babe. I took wellbutrin twice in my life (only anti-d's I've ever been on), at two different and really terrible times (sister's suicide, marriage breakdown), for about a year the first time and about 6 months the second, and after 2 weeks of adjustment growing pains, it really, really helped me. I think you're making really good, positive steps here and doing what you can to slowly pull yourself up out of this quicksand. And if you look up, that's my hand you see, reaching down. ♥
