It happens to everyone in call centers. People just like to talk. Glad things are going well, dearie.

it't true people tell anyone the weirdest, most personal stuff. i talk to clients all the time who will keep me in the room or on the phone for hours if you let them telling you every detail a/b their lives and their pets. and that's just in a vet hospital. i can't imagine what it must be like for human mds - kind of like being stalked i bet. i work w/ one doc who gets nearly half a dozen emails a DAY a/b this woman's dog - who is not even sick! plus, i think if you're on the phone, not face to face, people think they can say anything. oh the phonecalls i've answered - i could tell stories. and the things people say, many, many people have felt the need to insult my name - total strangers. and i'm not even allowed to tell them to fuck off. bummer.

i hate not being able to sleep. i'm in the middle - well, hopefully at the end - of a long bout of insomia. it makes me an emotional time bomb. and not horny at all
