I'm bloody tired. Not in a bad way though, just been doing lots of exciting things with the baby this weekend so just exhausted from the energy it took. Yesterday, I took Holly to the City Museum because it was pissing down with rain and she couldn't run about in the garden like a maniac like usual so she was getting frustrated. Instead she got to run about like a maniac in the galleries of my favourite haunt when I was a kid. My gran always used to take me to that museum and the love of history was a neutral bond that we've always got and I did want to invite her but she's in australia with my brother and I needed something to do there and then. Holly's favourite exhibits were the stuffed animal's and the minerals, we did go in to see the newly opened egyptian section but she thought it was creepy and instead opted for running about happily screaming "dog, dog" at large stuffed kangeroo's. I found it amusing that two cabinates of animal's were missing "due to an infection of carpet beetles which feast off decomposing animals, which due to the nature of the exhibit had to be removed from display" according to a lovely sign on one of the cases. I thought that it was hilarious that they bothered to give a reason whilst making it sound as educational as possible.
Today I took her swimming at our local pool with Faolan's mum and sister. At a year and five months she enjoyed herself although I was worried that she wouldn't like the noise level or the water of a swimming pool but there were steps leading in that she liked to sit on like the steps in the garden at home and there were other babies who she was trying to copy. Problem was she wouldn't wear arm bands because she thought they were annoiyng but she still wanted to figure out swimming which was awkward. Afterwards she enjoyed a nice packet of quavours!
Anyways that's about all that I can manage before I fall asleep!

Take that, Beckham!
You Damselflies (if I am thinking of the same insect, we call it a dragonfly) set is one of the best I have ever seen, from SG, Hopeful, or otherwise. You are beautiful.
