Thanks, guys.  BTW, as a small business owner I applied for both EIDL and PPP: the federal backed programs meant to help keep as many people employed as possible.  Unsurprisingly, there was some waste and corruption in the portion of these funds that ended up in the coffers of huge companies that could have kept their staff on payroll for months just by redirecting the funds from C-suite paychecks for a while.  But in terms of my experience, I can report that in 6 years of business, these were some of the easiest financial processes I've gone through: PROOF that when we really want to and there's not ginned-up obstruction, the federal government can launch huge programs efficiently and effectively, even when totally lacking support from top leadership.
