Yeah, I've been a non-smoker for 10 years. When the stress kicks in I can still smell a lit Camel filter from about 10,000 feet.

The patch did it for me. It took me three years to quit. Every time I started back up it was with a lighter butt. By the time I quit the last time I was on merit ultra lights.

Just understand its a long hard process and that it gets easier every day.

Umm.... Can I get that skin when you are done with it? I did tattoo a lot of it....

Congrats on becoming a non-smoker! It's been ten years for me, and it's probably the best thing I ever did in my life.

I used Zyban, which worked great. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't the nightmare I had expected it to be, either.
