i get the result of my a-level in 2 days, i'm starting to get nervous even though the result won't impact on anything, my degree place is already guaranteed. the same day my friend rory's coming to see me and we're off to the green man festival on friday morning. it's going to be an interesting weekend, especially as andy, from the place i volunteer at, has just returned from the area and tells me that its nearest town features at least 20 bookshops. i may have to take an extra bag to carry all those books back with me.

I got a letter from college today confirming that I'm on to the degree in Visual Communications I applied for. Wheeeee! I've been happy about it all day. They also gave me a list of the electives I have to choose from. I do two in the first year and one in the second. I'm not sure what I'm going to choose yet. This afternoon I went to see my mum and she bleached my hair for me. It looks weird, I'm not used to it. Luckily it won't be for long, it's being dyed red and purple in a fortnight.
