Anyone know a good (and hopefully not TOO expensive) podiatrist in LA?
I woke up the other night with a horrible pain in my foot. I thought it was a cramp because it was a strange kind of hurting feeling...but it still hasn't gone away. It feels like if a cramp and a bruise got together and fucked on the ball of my foot haha.
it's right on the ball of my foot where the 3rd metatarsal is. I can walk, with pain of course, when I have shoes on but if I'm barefoot I cannot put any pressure on the ball of my foot which is pretty much the whole motion of walking.
I've tried stretching out my foot and toes but I cannot tell if it's working and I think it makes it feel worse
sooo back to my original question...anyone know a good podiatrist or maybe can shed some light from a similar situation you've had????
thanks!
