i wonder...

do suicidegirls ever get tired of us guys giving them dumb compliments and cheesy come on's? do women in general? that's just so much of it.

also, i've read a lot of the stuff people put on this site and must question the sincerity of it all.

To answer your questions in my journal:
My job is corporate executive office graphic design fun. I love it (except when its summer and I have to wear long sleeves).
I would really really like to visit africa. Thats been my dream since day one.
My brush with fame involved hbos real sex because I was in the suicidegirls episode. They started airing it again and then people from 'regular' life and friends would recognize me.
If I met you in real life... i would probably find you very non-threatening with your tiger pants and big giant teddy bear. You would make me giggle.
To answer your question is your journal: Girls can see the sincerity of the comment. There is a fine line between cute and creepy.

lemony snicket is my hero!

If you are interested in stories with happy endings, you would be better off reading some other book. In this book, not only is there no happy ending, there is no happy beginning and very few happy things in the middle. This is because not very many happy things happened in the lives of the three Baudelaire youngsters. Violet, Klaus,...

Lemony Snicket was good? I wanted to read the books.. The snow would be better if the stupid cops werent riding around busting everyone who wanted to take out their quad for a change!

I have seen City of Lost Children! It might be on my favorites list if I didn't find it so creepy. But it's one of those movies I like finding in other people's lists.

All Alone!
Whether you like it or not,
Alone is something
Youll be quite a lot.

i am alone. it's something i've been for most of my life but have never gotten used to.

the one image that sums it up is that scene from the first Matrix where Neo is introduced to the agents. he and Morpheus walk along a busy street...

I dont mind the dentist, but at the same time, why the hell do our teeth have to be such a problem? They should be like steel so we dont have to get them fixed all the time! I know what you mean about not giving out your number. Ihave call blocker because of crazy fuckers!

i'm going to learn how to play the panpipe.

whenever it gets windy outside, i will play. it's magical how the wind picks up the music and carries it away. i love how moving air distorts the notes too.

awesome that sounds like a fun thing to learn!

I thought you were going to say the bagpipes...but maybe that's just because I was just at my lesson, and it's all I can think about.

coming down from a roll the other day, i rediscovered Megadeth! their lyrics are very deep, political, and gloomy which suits me well. i hate all the shit that happens in the world but am drawn to it. like, if i had more clinical experience i'd get on a plane headed for Sudan and volunteer in a refugee camp.

life and death???

tomorrow is my deadline for camping. there's something fun about the damp, cold, and frostbite. i just love doing potentially life threatening things. maybe when i'm close to death, it reminds me that i am alive.

that might explain the sky diving and running with the bulls and wondering the desert in midsummer and such.

HOLY SHIT!!!!

after 22 years, the Sikiew detention camp is still open... i was born there and nearly died there.

Camp Sikiew

THE RAID

In early morning June 29, 1996, several thousand (different estimates rangefrom 2,500 to 5,000) armed Thai military and police personnel surrounded Section A of Sikiew camp, which housed some 1,000 asylum seekers who refused to sign up for voluntary repatriation.
