Dor makes the best iced coffee in the entire land. It's almost as good as sex. For a pastry chef, he's a damn fine line cook, and he brings great zen energy to a highly disfunctional work environment. Given his elevated status around here, he needs no kind words from me, but I'll give them anyway. Dorian is the man, and I'm glad to have gotten to know him over the last few months.
