My sleep patterns have a mind of there own - with no help from sleeping tablets i was a sleep by about 9.30/10pm yesterday! instead of the usual 2-am with sleeping tablets. (slept fully clothed, with light and tv on like in my younger-days)

The prices of pints really does vary ... I like expensive and rare drinks so a pint is 3 plus, though Strongbow earlier cost me 2.70
you'll go through phases where you don't do anything but listen to the iPod or iTunes. then you'll get weeks where you feverishly add everything you can. it's great
