had a huge evening low, really low. it hit me like a freight train.
just had a huge portion of English 'fish and chips' and i feel great again, although a bit fatter!

good week turned into a fuckin awful week, been feeling shit for 3 days, really low

Today completely fucked up by my medication, happens once a month, loss of balance, light-headedness, nausea followed by sleepiness and depression.
just forced my self to eat a bowl of instant noodles and i think I'm back on track!

just insomnia to come i guess
