Every time I try to post work out numbers to you and @1akbrian the message crashes. The core of my workout are back squats below parallel. I worked up to five sets of five reps of 230. I am hoping to get to 300 in a nice 5lb/work out linear progression. Hope all is well with you and your snow :)

@satanachist that's the way i get my numbers up I usally bump it up 5-10lbs a month
