You and I are of the same mind when it comes to dancing. It's an amazing experience that allows you to connect to things (religion, people, environments, etc.) in ways that nothing else can, and it has the added benefit of being fun as hell!!

so, we went to see land of the dead yesterday, which was very cool. we then went to target to buy paper towels and hair dye. i have never quite noticed before how much people walk like zombies when marching towards their shopping. and people were shuffling around the store and i kept expecting them to start moaning and eating chunks out of their own...

I was kind of disappointed in Land of the Dead. It seemed like it was a back-step from the progress of the other relatively recent zombie flicks: 28 Days Later, Resident Evil, Dawn of the Dead. In 28 & Dawn, the Zombies were much scarier as they were much more primitive and threatening than the shuffle-attack zombies of the earlier flicks. However, there were some enjoyable bits... Dennis Hopper's character was an excellent fit.

Shooting at zombies with guns would be pretty cool. Just as long as everyone was protected from them, and had a good source of food and water- you know, just like, propping open a window and opening fire for fun.
