I shot Machine head in Brighton tonight but before the gig I took a slow was along the seafront. Had my headphones on listening to some of my favourite music, it was so peaceful, calming and lovely. Need to do more things like that.

I spend a lot of time on social media and I can't remember the last time I plugged that stuff.
