Is it ever possible to just avoid workplace drama? You try to not get involved but it's counter-active in that you get pegged as being antisocial. Why does everything have to be a competition? Competitiveness really gets me down. I like people who like to work together and can communicate without feeling threatened or, conversely, acting like a jerk.

Man, we spend so much time...

I was where you are for the whole of my first year of articles. It was hell. I just couldn't understand why everyone had reverted to fucking primary school!! There's always a ringleader, however, and the ringleader really don't like it if you don't want to play. Don't I know it.

Sending you fuck-the-cunts vibes of I-am-awesome-and-they-suck ness.

Hope it gets there... ARRR!!!

I stop being nice to everybody at work. I don't want to be involve in anything now. I'm doing my job only. Now, there's a line between work and outside life !

I'm listening to Electrelane right now. You all must get The Power Out immediately because it is fucking great.

My stuff:

We live on a one-way street
half-way to a home
we can walk down the centre line
the horizon is lovely in time

married to ill minds
and the forest city that I escaped
to and from
I always guessed that was where I...

"married to ill minds" conjures up so very many vivid images. I love your wordsmith-ing, babe!

I invite you to check out my self-pics... it's all about vanity... blush

What is the progress on the cat versus daisychain debacle?

So I've been having a really hard time breathing lately. I've been taking the regular puffer two to three times a day and waking up every night on the verge of suffocating. I'm supposed to take a medication called ADVAIR for a week and hope that it clears up and that I don't have some sort of chronic pulmonary problem. I'm supposed to avoid irritants...

AAAAAAAAGH. I am so fucking frustrated right now. I worked for Burrito Boyz for a couple of months last summer while I was only part-time at the station. They were so sexist and rude and dirty and horrible. The owner refused to send out my ROE and obviously I haven't received my T4. I sent a formal request way back a couple of months ago...

I had lots of fun this weekend. I've been addicted to The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker for the last couple of weeks. I was all the way to the Tower of Gods and my memory card crapped out on me. So I vowed to get back to that point as quickly as possible.

I will be applying for a camera position within my company...

thank you for the offer. a vet tech at sammy's vet offered to do in home care for him while i'm gone which i think will be less traumatic for him. we've had some "issues" lately with separation and i'm hoping having him in his own house will help.

but thank you. i really appreciate it.

Thanx for the birthday wishes! kiss

Cell phone companies are stupid. I bought the Motorola ROKR before Christmas and the camera was messed up so I took advantage of my policy's 30 replacement warrantee. When the phone had not arrived by my birthday (January 16th) I decided to inquire as to its whereabouts. The customer service rep informed me that the replacement had been cancelled. She couldn't tell me why or...

haha oh man, I didn't even notice how much that does sound like a jingle... I get the feeling they wouldn't want to use it though...

I can frequently be found at Sneaky Dee's after most bars close, drunk and stuffing my face with nachos. In the summer it often turns into a sunday night ritual to go there after ciao.

You can see through the window and through the smile
through the eyes and into the unripe, sour centre

The non-believer, the thinker and the shaker
The operator, with my pocket calculator

when I come out sideways, I see you peering around my leering stare
heart-thrust, head rush sedated, fluorescent faded

follow it without a sound, through the sky
blow the dust floating in the...

New Year's Eve was lots of fun! I got to celebrate it with a bunch of really great people and a two week old baby.

I bought a 26' Toshiba windscreen TV on boxing day for $299. How can you beat that deal? I'm not really crazy about materialistic things, but I do like to watch movies and play some video games.

My girlfriend and...

Mysterious Skin was interesting. It was directed by Greg Araki - the same guy who directed the Doom Generation. But this movie was based on a book. It had strong pedophilia content... which was slightly disturbing, but overall, the movie was well done.
