How Can One BLOCK That Person? MY Only Thought Is Go To That Persons Page And Block That Way... I Have Never Been On The "Sending Side" Of The Camera... ... ANY Help Would Be Nice...

You can request that the model block the person during the live session- if they are genuinely being rude, it’s pretty simple for them to kick an asshole out.
