so now I address soemthing that has brought shame to me and my workouts, and I'm really gonna try and kill it once and for all...............


I can't do pull-ups

at least, not full range, unassisted, chst to bar pullups (or chinnups)
and it sucks
I know I'm strong, other bodyweight exercises I rock out, but not pull-ups

I WILL DO THEM!!!!

I've really never read any of them, but I'd be interested to. Are they available in like Borders or Barnes and Noble? or would I have to go to a comic shop?

Also -- Books on Vikings, the Saxon chronicles by Bernard Cornwell are fantastic. Historical fiction about a Saxon kid taken by the Danes in their invasion of England, and then he goes back and fights for the English etc.

Historically accurate, and really well written.

It is. They are fantastic. My only regret is that I didn't get pockets, I had to wear shorts under it so I could carry all my shit around with me since I didn't get a sporran to go along with it.

I got the All-Ireland tartan. Which one are you looking at? Honestly, I could get a few more to wear around, they are really comfortable.
