End of the season powder days are a blast... But, i'm still ready for the season to be over. Time to get out the kayaks.

Hey, yeah it was a lot of fun, i went last year as a gig goer and i was wrecked some sunday morning. Surely you have quite a few metal festivals in the states though? there seems to be almost too many in the UK and Europe (Cant afford to go to more than 1 or 2).

Not really... Well not where I live anyway. We are one of two "heavy metal" bands in the mountains... everyone else is a hippy jam band on acustic guitars and no stage presence. =/

and if you wanted to beat up all the "brosephs" then you didnt meet any locals. Most of us wont even talk to tourists when we are off work. And we dont say bro, so what you found was some of my other complaints. TOURISTS trying to PRETEND they are LOCALS... that pisses me off too =/

I met some awesome veterans and my brother and I tought them and their wives how to snowboard. All 3 couples we hung out with are amazing people. We've invited them to come hang out with us in the summer and take then white water rafting and other Colorado Rocky Mountain activites.
