Been a good year so far, i've dropped 20 pounds since going vegetarian. Haven't had beer or liquor in almost 4 weeks.

Boxing is going well. I dropped 7 pounds in 2 days this week, but that was mostly fluids, so I've got a little more to drop. Hopefully another 20-25 pounds by years end.
