to me last week. Got asked if I wanted to move down to 2nd shift at my work place. Was nice for me since I was having trouble falling asleep in the morning when I would get home from work. Now with my work schedule being 1-9;30pm I get home relax for a few hours then fall asleep. Went from getting 3-6hrs of sleep to 8-9hrs. My body feels much more rested now. Pretty stoked about this.
