these are the flowers i gave jen for valentines day. she gave me hilarious boxer shorts with hearts all over em and a box of my favorite laura secord chocolates.

we found and finalized the lease for our new condo on the weekend. it was a smooth transaction and a relief compared to the last applications. i'm excited to move!

i also decided to sell my theatre setup 'cause there's no room for it in the new condo. projector/screen/speakers/receiver .. priced to go on kijiji! hehe.. well, anyways i thought i'd have trouble getting rid of the speakers so i priced em low thinking 'no one will know the name'. turns out i had like 8-10 offers to buy/trade for the speakers last night, some were in under an hour of the ad going up.

i should've priced em higher than $500 lol. realistically, i have no idea about the depreciated value of quality speakers so someone is getting a killer dealer.
