OK then, as we were saying, we can offer others ideas, information, friendship, love, a business deal or whatever, but they decide whether they want to accept or decline. It's not as bleak as it may sound if you imagine being presented with what is clearly a bad idea and then having someone insist that you have to go through with it because it's great. We all have to abide by our own best judgement unless we are dreadfully insecure or desperate to please. I'd go with liberating, as that was my conclusion after pondering the subject. (Since I'm a fountain of knowledge and have never once been wrong about anything, you would be well advised to defer to me on all matters, be they great or small.) 😉
