most humbling moment: when first learning the predicate calculus with my O.G., the Socrates to my Alcibiades, Prof. Dr. Christopher S. Hill in Symbolic Logic class, deriving Cantor's proof for infinite cardinal numbers--both trying to technically and philosophically grok the transfinite induction that turns on Cantor's diagonal procedure. Weiserstrauss actually "solved" Zeno's millennia standing paradoxes with securing infinity and intervals-- not Cantor's "actual infinity" shown by his theorem. Upon which I still stumble & am humbled by how it eludes my consistent and complete understanding.
