Compassion fatigue is a bummer.

In happier news, my family was blessed with not one, but two beautiful healthy babies this week. My cousin had a little girl, Jade, and my brother's girlfriend gave birth to a little boy who remains unnamed as of yet (he's already mysterious). I can't wait to meet them. Babies have a wonderful way of making insignificant, unimportant things seem even more insignificant and unimportant, bless them.
