Last night I bought two Dostoevsky books: The Idiot, and Demons. I also bought a copy of Sticky Fingers to replace the one my fuckhead ex stole from me. I am one happy, happy girl now.smile I was planning to start The Idiot so I could read it in less time than apologies claims he did, but Demons sucked me in. Possessed me, whatever.wink Anyways, I am going to go register for my classes today and try to see my hottie archaeology prof from last semester.love

Last night Samantha's vet, and my friend, Carolyn, called me to tell me that Samantha will need to have a radical mascectomy performed on one whole side of her abdomen. All of the mammary glands on one side will be removed at the end of this month. Poor Sammy.frown Anyways, blasting the Stones and reading Dostoevsky last night helped, but it sucks that Samantha's biopsies were malignant as expected. You can always hope, right?

I am having the weirdest dreams every night now. Last night my brother Alex and I were both studying to be dentists (wtf?) and were giving some kind of demonstration/free clinic thing to all these kids at this BEAUTIFUL antebellum hotel which I have never seen the likes of in real life. I didn't want to pull teeth, but my brother kept egging me on to just do it. What the hell does that mean?

Have a good Tuesday!kisskisskiss

I've been dancing since I was 3(ballet/tap and pop) my group does compeitions every so often against other towns. It's like pop crap..but damn I love dancing. Have a great day hon. kiss

Dostoyevsky's good. But I think I've mentioned that before. I love those impenetrable old russian authors.
An only somewhat related question is, have you ever read any Bernard Malmud? Also good stuff.
Sorry to hear about your poor puppy.

I had a weird dream just this afternoon.
Umm.. *thinks trying to remember it*

Okay, so I think I was in a different world, but it was still Earth. And I know a couple of my friends were there but I don't remember who and I know Dr. Daniel Jackson from Stargate was there too. And we were archaeologists looking around these modern day pyamids for these scorpion things and we found a secret chamber. And there was like an Egyptian boat inside but we thought it was like a time machine. And then guards starting chasing us around and we ran down this beach and these sea creatures were all over and could bite us and I was runnning around barefoot so I tried to avoid being bitten. And we ran to this guys house near the beach to get his help and he had a gun and shot it in the air at something, but I don't remember what. And then i woke up.

Weird.

maybe that dream means that you feel like your bro makes you do things you don't want to do! like rob 7-11s.
I'm sorry about your Samantha. That really sucks, and I hope she's alright frown

Glad you got some good books you like. smile I don't read as often as I should. I've been hoping to expand my art book collection. Mostly I have different ones showing how to draw but I want ones of various artist's work.

You know, I've never read Demons, so you'll have to let me know how that is. The Idiot can easily be read in a short amount of time as it's very interesting and will pull you in just like Demons has. Prince Myshkin is a very interesting character indeed.

As for the height situation, we'll just hold you on our shoulders so you can see. wink

Enjoy the books, and we'll see you at the show...

Yeah when you call my name
I salivate like a Pavlov dawg
Yeah, when you lay me out
My heart is beatin' louder than a big bass drum, ALRIGHT!
You got to mix it
Child you've got to fix it
Must be love
It's a bitch!
I LOVE "Sticky Fingers"!!! One of my all time favorites! "Exile" too. Yeah, I've got a copy of "Licks" for ya. So, is Thai still a go? I sure hope so. More drama today. It just won't end. That girl who stood me up isn't really my type. I'll go hang out with her sometime, but nothing more. Anyway, have a good night. I'll be on later, so I'll look for ya! !!! miao!! !!!

Weird dreams rule.. I once had a dream that everyone I knew had broken their nose for fashion.. Like it was the cool thing to do.. Then the whole city started doing it.. Then my friend Brad (who is mia somewhere in canda) told me that i needed to break my nose to fit in but i told him that i could not do it myself so he punched me in the nose and broke it.. weird huh?
