Oh man. I just had my ass kicked by some kind of flu-thing. Last night I had a slight fever, and thought nothing of it (I was super-tired anyways). Today I woke up with a pounding headache, bodyaches, and before the day was done I had chills and all that good fever stuff. Dammit.mad I go and buy a ticket to the SG Burlesque show in Austin this weekend, and look what happens.frown Hopefully I will be alright tomorrow. Ibuprofen is my friend.

I never want to leave my new apartment! We've got 5 different kinds of hot chocolate, HBO, my dog, lemonade, a computer, my awesome bathtub, and a treadmill. Plus I have a good book to read, Love Medicine by Louise Erdrich, thanks to apologies. He is so sweet to loan me such good books; the Murakami stories were amazing, and this book is turning out to be excellent, too. He is also sweet because he called me tonight and made me feel better. He is the best.love

Well, Old School is on and I can't resist Will Farrell, so off I go to feed my insomnia. I hope you all have good nights.smile

Nonono I'M your friend....Ibuprofen is a drug. See I used to get the two confused too until a friend, not a drug, pointed out a simple way to tell the two apart.

I hope you feel better pretty lady. Get plenty of rest and fluids. Also brush your teeth more often since a large number of the dead cell from your bodies healthy fight end up in your mouth which gives you that ucky sickness taste. Blarg!
